 7.0Verified ☺酒店門口就是輕軌站，方便。行落沙灘𣎴遠，幾分鐘步程。可步行至surfer paradise,沿路有些食肆，surfer paradise有一家超市Woolworth,可採購食的。酒店reception 只朝9晚5有人，5點後checkin會指示你在門口keybox自取。房門有pantry有齊廚具洗碗機洗衣機，但無洗碗粉及洗衣粉洗潔精，請自備。住宿期間𣎴會有人打掃，checkout後要自己倒垃圾出房外垃圾糟。OOL機場坐uber 約70澳元。

 8.0Verified Would possibly stay again ☺ Very handy to tram station, nice view from lounge ☹ More attention to cleaning needed, had to wash knife and fork draw as crumbs in draw. Toaster full of crumbs and disgusting condition (obliging receptionist gave us another one). Pull out cream coloured sofa filthy and stained, hated sitting on it.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great stay for 10 days in a two bedroom ocean view unit.  Everything you need in a self contained unit.  Tram at the front door to get u everywhere you want to go.  Night life and restaurants in walking distance. Beach two minutes walk.  Units clean and serviced.  Staff friendly and accommodating to all request.  Will be returning soon. Always good to have underground secure parking.  Pool, spa,sauna,gym and bbq area lovely.  Would recommend. We are conveniently located just 3 tram stops from Broadbeach South, 2 stops from the Convention Centre, and only 2 stops away from Cavill Avenue (Surfers Paradise).

From Gold Coast Airport (OOL)

Take the limited-stop bus Route 777 from the airport to Broadbeach South Station.
From Broadbeach South, transfer to the G:link tram heading towards Surfers Paradise; get off near Northcliffe Station/Surfers Paradise Boulevard.
Walk a short distance from the tram stop to 2988 Surfers Paradise Boulevard.

From Cavill Avenue (Surfers Paradise central area)

Head south towards Broadbeach on Surfers Paradise Boulevard.
Continue until you reach Northcliffe Station (tram stop) near Palazzo Colonnades.
Palazzo Colonnades is one block from the beach, meaning a very short walk to the address on Surfers Paradise Boulevard.

From Broadbeach (Broadbeach South Station)

Catch the G:link tram from Broadbeach South towards Surfers Paradise.
Stay on until arriving at Northcliffe Station / Surfers Paradise Blvd.
From stop, walk to Palazzo Colonnades (2988 Surfers Paradise Boulevard).
